    // Armory Record — Resources

    Zephyrium

Crystalline mineral · cold-fusion catalyst · cornerstone of interstellar energy

    Class Zephyrium — mineral
Richest in the Inner Sol Venus
Also Planets and moons across the Seven Realms, including the Asteroid Belt
On Earth Extreme climates only — deserts, tundras, polar regions, remote highlands
    • Facilitates cold fusion — the basis of interstellar energy generation
    • Threaded into alloys: Tether Arches, Covenant shield cores, the Karma Spear’s crystallized tip
    • Consumed by every Tether Arch activation, in proportion to transit mass
    • Disrupts cellular regeneration in organic targets — the principle behind the Zephyrium Sword

The mineral the century runs on. Zephyrium makes cold fusion possible, and everything that follows from cheap fusion — starships, colonies, the Chakra network’s exotic-matter appetite — follows from having enough of it. Venus holds the richest deposits in the Inner Sol, which explains a great deal about who is on Venus and why.

    Aether

    Aether

Internal psionic energy · depletes with every spell

    Class Aether — energy
    Depletes With each spell cast
Replenishes Rest, potions, sleep, or consensual sex involving penetration or fluid exchange
Measured by The Nucleus Watch (Libido stat governs pool and recovery)
    • Carriers: semen, menstrual blood, saliva, breast milk, vaginal mucus
    • Feminine and masculine Aether can transform and replenish each other
    • Balance Principle — leaning too heavily toward masculine or feminine energy reduces efficiency
    • Only consensual sexual practice maintains optimal health and spiritual growth
    • Restored instantly by Indra Fountain water · surged by Indra-Sprite · capacity boosted by Catalyst-U

The internal energy that fuels psionic abilities. Every spell spends it; everything on this page and the Consumables vault exists to put it back. The body carries it in its fluids and the two polarities feed one another — which is why the Codex’s oldest rule about Aether is not about power but about balance.

    Indra Fountain

Nirboh structure · restores Aether completely · never runs dry

Class Indra Fountain — Nirboh artifact
First found Mars, 2067 — three years before formal psionic theory
Inscription Sanskrit “इन्द्र” (Indra) etched into the base or housing, often with geometric patterns believed to be psionic flow diagrams
Gave rise to Indra-Sprite — chemical analysis of the liquid led directly to it
    • The luminous liquid restores Aether completely upon consumption
    • All fountains share two properties: deep blue luminescence, and they never run dry
    • Resist damage · repair themselves when harmed · cease functioning entirely if removed from their original locations
    • Attempts to relocate, replicate, or reverse-engineer have universally failed

Self-contained structures scattered across the Seven Realms, from established settlements to hostile wilderness — often the only sign that the extinct Nirboh civilization once lived on these worlds. Architectural styles vary wildly: ornate basins with elaborate metalwork, simple crystalline forms, and installations massive enough to supply an entire military company.

For psions operating far from civilization a fountain is the difference between a campaign and a retreat. Nobody has ever moved one and kept it working.

    Silk Spring

    Artifact

    Silk Spring

अमृत स्रोत (Amṛta Srota) · “Amrita Spring” · geothermal Nirboh derivative

Class Silk Spring — natural formation, Nirboh derivative
Found on High-pressure worlds: Venus, Titan, Io, numerous Proxima Centauri moons
Temperature Stable 38–42 °C regardless of ambient conditions
First documented Europa, 2071 — Nordic Commonwealth miners dying of radiation poisoning drank and recovered within hours
    • Healing — bathe until you begin to sweat (15–20 min): trace calcium-silicate compounds enter dilated pores and bond with damaged tissue; recovery +222% over conventional treatment
    • The sweating requirement is absolute — brief immersion gives only cosmetic benefits that fade within 48 hours
    • Resonance — partners with an established romantic bond bathing together: 12–18 h of increased lubrication and elasticity, elevated semen volume, faster metabolism, heightened libido · strangers and solo bathers get healing only
    • Emerald intensity tracks Zephyrium concentration: pale jade to deep viridian — darker pools are stronger
    • Reverse-engineered by Alliance chemists into the first Medi-Vap formula

Pools of emerald liquid with a silky texture and shimmer-catching particulates, forming where volcanic activity or intense radiation meets mineral-rich substrate. Xenoarchaeologists read them as geological descendants of Nirboh fountain technology — hence the scholarly name, nectar of immortality. Frontier workers say Silk Spring.

The Rakshasa built cultivation techniques on the resonance effect — positions, synchronized breathing, timing against the sweating threshold — and the underground networks beneath Bodhasya Parvatah on Shashan are sacred sites. Venus’s springs became reachable after the early-22nd-century atmospheric changes; Io’s are safe, but you need a suit rated for Jupiter’s radiation belts to get there.

    QEC Chakra

Quantum-entanglement communication bank · vault-sized · the arteries of interplanetary information

    Class QEC Chakra — infrastructure
Name Descends from the Kalachakra, the Buddhist “Wheel of Time”
Cost On the order of a capital ship — exotic matter, kilometer-scale isolation architecture, decades of amortization; banks deplete with use
Reach No public Chakra has ever been raised beyond the Sol System — officially
    • Communication through a Chakra is instantaneous regardless of distance
    • Counted per world — no power shares one it can afford to keep
    • Within a planet, information flows freely; between planets, every message funnels through a Chakra and its operator
    • Ships: large vessels may carry a shipboard QEC terminal — a miniature bank with strictly finite capacity, reserved for command traffic; most travelers go dark between worlds
    • The only channels that ignore the Chakras are psionic — Rakshasa arts such as the Soul Bridge
// Known Chakras — ten on record
    • LNLionAbidjan, Ivory Coast — Directorate public; Earth’s gateway for the Southern World.
    • PHPharaohOshun’s Bust, near Fertile Moon Starport — Directorate public; southern Venus’s only public window off-world.
    • EGEagleNew Savannah, Near Side of Osram — Alliance public.
    • LBLibertyBar Harbor, Maine — Alliance Earthside; Chamber traffic, Vanguard deployments, Alliance money all cross Liberty first.
    • DRDragonTaoyuan, Taiwan (Imperium-annexed) — Imperium public. 690% more bank usage per person than any other public Chakra in the Inner Sol; the cost is all user data, harvested and stored permanently. Millions accept.
    • QLQilinJin Syue, Venus — Imperium private, run by Prince Joon-Seok’s military governance. What passes through it is known only to the Prince’s circle.
    • PRProphetVilnius III, the only human city on Io — Covenant private. The Fenris Horde has tried for years to seize it, to no avail. Yet. The Covenant’s strained relations with the Jokull Horde mean the latter has never had access.
    • YMYmirPrivate, firmly under High Queen Maren — and by extension the Fenris Horde. Location unknown. How the Horde obtained functioning entanglement banks is a question no great power answers aloud: someone sold, someone lost, or someone is still trading.
    • LTLotusHidden in Hualien, Taiwan (contested) — Rakshasa private, serving scattered cells across the Inner Sol. Its reach ends at the edge of Sol; contact with Proxima remains psionic, ritual, and answered only when Moro chooses. The Chakra exists so no one has to wake a god to confirm a shipment.
    • PXPhoenixPhoenix District, Xing Hong — the largest public Chakra on Mars, administered by the Prefect’s office. All four great powers route traffic through it; whoever holds the Prefect’s seal holds a valve on Mars’s conversation with the Inner Sol.

Many believe more Chakras already exist out there — Proxima Centauri, even Tau Ceti — unregistered and never reported to the Atomic Accord. Whoever owns them has their reasons.

Vault-sized banks of entangled particle pairs, and the reason a Nucleus Watch bought on Mars cannot call Venus without a license. The great powers maintain their own; ordinary denizens depend on the public Chakras run by planetary administrations or faction concessions, and on whoever is minded to let their traffic through.

    Tether Arch

    Tether Arch

टेदर आर्क (Tedar Aark) · “Star Gate” · Nirboh quantum transportation · strategic asset

Class Tether Arch — Nirboh artifact
Form Freestanding gateway exactly 69 meters tall, Zephyrium-threaded alloys
Status Most remain dormant, damaged, or unpowered; locations often correlate with significant Zephyrium deposits
Activation Documented in restricted government databases — Riggers, Peons, or anyone with sufficient engineering knowledge can repair, activate and pair existing Arches
    • Paired Endpoints — both origin and destination require functional Arches; the system cannot create an exit where no Arch exists
    • Paired Arches create a stable corridor through folded space between endpoints regardless of distance
    • Zephyrium Reserves — each activation consumes Zephyrium in proportion to transit mass: personnel are standard usage; something Genbu-sized consumes a month’s operational budget
    • Sequential Transit — one object at a time; personnel step through in seconds, vehicles need minutes for the corridor to stabilize; rushing risks catastrophic collapse
    • Reverse-engineering has universally failed — no new Arch has ever been built

Dormant remnants of a network that once connected worlds instantaneously. The common name says what they do — tether distant places together; scholars prefer the Devavāṇī Tedar Aark, Star Gate, in acknowledgment of who made them.

Xing Hong’s independence hinged on a dormant Arch discovered beneath what is now Phoenix District; it remains one of the city’s most guarded assets, its location known only to senior officials. The Imperium controls at least three activated pairs, the Covenant keeps a research installation around one on Callisto, and rumors persist of Arches on Mars, Venus, Europa, and the Proximan moons. The Rakshasa claim Primarch Moro remembers when the Arches were new. If true, she has not shared the construction secrets.
