◈ Intelligence Dossiers ◈
Factions of the Seven Realms
◈ Independent City-State
Xing Hong
Xing Hong is Mars’s largest independent settlement and the only truly neutral territory in the Sol System. Located in the Hellas Basin of southern Mars, the city became fully independent from the Imperium of Dragons in 2283 through Dilinur Altai’s diplomatic maneuvering, leveraging factional rivalries to ensure no single power could claim it without triggering opposition from the others.
◈ Horde
Fenris Horde
Under the joint leadership of Skarn and Queen Maren Fjeld, the Fenris Horde rules supreme over the major moons of Jupiter. Known for their brute strength and animalistic dominance, they now occupy Europa, Io, Callisto. Their dominance spreads further to nearly all moons of Saturn, half of Venus and parts of Mars.
The Fenris Horde is notorious for using the Vöxtr (Vuhk-stir) – a purely organic breeding machine that births all manners of Radi-Mons by plugging in human females and males, using them to fuel a relentless legion of cosmic monstrosities.

◈ Fallen State
Nordic Commonwealth
The Commonwealth was founded in year 2077, merging Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland and Finland. Beyond Earth, it holds multiple ice moons in the Sol System, Europa of Jupiter being its center of power. For centuries, it was hailed as a pioneer in environmental sustainability and the exploration of cold fusion technologies.
Its promising future took a tragic turn in 2284 when an outbreak created the infamous Fenris Horde, followed by the ascension of High Queen Maren Fjeld and Sven Solheim (Skarn).
By 2295, the Nordic Commonwealth exists as a terrifying political power in the Sol System. It is currently ruled by the Fenris Horde, and is in active conflict with the Jokull Horde and the Zorian Covenant. Curiously, it maintains a respectful non-hostile relation with the Imperium of Dragons, the Terra Alliance, the Emerald Directorate.
◈ Horde
Jökull Horde
By 2295, the Jokull have become the Nordic people’s last hope against Skarn’s tyranny.
Led by Second Princess Dagny Fjeld and her consort Ivar Lindqvist, the creatures of this horde are predominantly converted from Earth species native to Scandinavia or other arctic regions, standing side by side with human warriors and Ísmarr—virus-enhanced superhumans who thrive in frigid outer planet environments, both terrestrial and aquatic. Created in 2284 as an antithesis to the Fenris Horde, their presence could one day spread across the various planets and moons of the Seven Realms.

◈ Major Power
Terra Alliance
Formed by the United States, Canada, and Mexico since the end of the Digital Era, the Terra Alliance has established itself as a powerful technocratic capitalist nation. Governed by mega-corporations, its focus is on generating profit, leading to a society that values individual liberties at the expense of immense socio-economic disparities.
The Alliance is currently locked in a cold war with its century-long rival: the Imperium of Dragons.
◈ Major Power
Imperium of Dragons
Founded in 2049 after Communist China’s collapse, the Imperium of Dragons combines time-honored customs with modern advancements in technology and serves as the most powerful human military force in the Sol System. As an absolute monarchy rooted in Confucian nationalism, the Ruby Throne is used to confirm and validate its monarchs through psionic abilities.
It directly opposes the Terra Alliance, which the Imperium calls “The Worst Capitalist Evil to have ever existed since the dawn of Nucleus Era.”
◈ Major Power
Zorian Covenant
Rising from the legacy of the Lublin Triangle in 2147 and well known for their valiant psionic crusaders—Stalwarts, the Zorian Covenant has since united Eastern, Western and Southern Europe under the guidance of Z.O.R.I., an artificial intelligence that predates the Atomic Era.
This techno-religious nation combines Roman grandeur, Balto-Slavic spirituality, Mediterranean wisdom and Anglo-Saxon bravery, championing ancient traditions that have built the great cultures in Covenant lands. It is also the first human power to have established colonies in the Tau Ceti system.
With a high tax rate supporting state-of-the-art healthcare, the Covenant promises security, dignity and prosperity—at the cost of restricted personal freedoms. It directly opposes all Radi-Mon powers, especially the Rakshasa Horde.
◈ Horde
Rakshasa Horde
Under the guidance of Primarch Moro, the Rakshasa Horde has taken flight from East Asia and colonized Proxima Centauri through unparalleled psionic abilities, notorious for their alluring spellcasters—the Worm Witches (Sūkṛmucs). With a reputation for psychological warfare, ritualistic sex and unorthodox tactics, they excel in seduction and psionic combat.
In the Rakshasa Horde, Primarch Moro’s doctrine advocates that boundless love and sex can foster unity between humans and Radi-Mons. To that end, it has been willing to help Sol humans fight Skarn and his Fenris Horde from behind the scenes, though for what purpose, none can know for sure.
It is considered an enemy by all powers seeking to overcome human’s primal nature. One such power is the Zorian Covenant.
◈ Major Power
Emerald Directorate
First established in Ghana, Nigeria, and Ivory Coast, the Directorate represents a resurgence of African power and southern world progress. Its army employs unconventional warfare techniques and utilizes fusion-powered mechs known as the Scarab in battle. The Directorate has united Africa and Latin America under its banner while preserving the continents’ rich cultures. At times, it acts as a mediator between various warring human factions.
◈ Unaligned
Independent
Not everyone in the Seven Realms swears allegiance to a flag. Frontier communities, nomadic traditions, and unaligned individuals exist in the spaces between factions — the ice wastes, the deep Moors, the lawless mining settlements, the uncharted forests of Proxima Centauri. They survive where civilization thins out and nature dominates.
